1. Introdución

Thank you for choosing the Billboard Soul ANC Wireless Earbuds. These earbuds are designed to provide a superior audio experience with advanced features such as Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC). Enjoy crystal-clear sound, convenient touch controls, and a built-in microphone for calls, all powered by a long-lasting battery.

This manual provides detailed instructions to help you set up, operate, and maintain your earbuds for optimal performance.

3. Configuración

3.1 Carga inicial

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator light on the case will show charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator light will change or turn off.

3.2 Emparejamento Bluetooth

1. Asegúrate de que os auriculares estean cargados.
2. Abre a caixa de carga. Os auriculares entrarán automaticamente no modo de emparellamento, o que se indicará cunha luz LED intermitente nos auriculares.
3. No teu dispositivo (teléfono intelixente, tableta, portátil), vai á configuración de Bluetooth e activa Bluetooth.
4. Busca available devices and select "Billboard Soul ANC" from the list.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator on the earbuds will stop flashing or turn off, and your device will confirm the connection.
6. If pairing fails, place the earbuds back in the case, close it, and repeat the steps.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

4.1 Encendido/apagado

• Encendido: Abre a caixa de carga e os auriculares acenderanse automaticamente. Como alternativa, mantén premida a área de control táctil de ambos auriculares durante 3 segundos.
• Apagado: Volve colocar os auriculares na caixa de carga e pecha a tapa. Apagaranse automaticamente. Como alternativa, mantén premida a área de control táctil de ambos auriculares durante 5 segundos.

4.2 Controis táctiles

The Billboard Soul ANC Earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. Refer to the diagram below for common functions:

• Reproducir/Pausa: Toca un só auricular en calquera dos auriculares.
• Próxima pista: Toca dúas veces no auricular dereito.
• Pista anterior: Toca dúas veces no auricular esquerdo.
• Responder/Finalizar chamada: Toca un só auricular en calquera dos auriculares.
• Rexeitar a chamada: Mantén premido calquera dos auriculares durante 2 segundos.
• Activar o asistente de voz: Toca tres veces en calquera dos auriculares.
• ANC/ENC Mode Switch: Press and hold on the left earbud for 2 seconds to cycle through ANC On, ENC On, and Normal modes.

4.3 Cancelación activa de ruído (ANC) e cancelación de ruído ambiental (ENC)

The earbuds offer two advanced noise cancellation modes:

• Cancelación activa de ruído (ANC): Reduce o ruído ambiental, o que che permite concentrarte no teu son.
• Cancelación de ruído ambiental (ENC): Enhances call clarity by reducing background noise during phone conversations.

To switch between ANC On, ENC On, and Normal modes, press and hold the touch control area on the left earbud for 2 seconds. A voice prompt will confirm the mode change.

4.4 Uso dos auriculares

Insert the earbuds gently into your ear canal and rotate them slightly to find a comfortable and secure fit. A proper seal is essential for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation performance.

5. Mantemento

5.1 Limpeza

• Limpa regularmente os auriculares e a funda de carga cun pano suave, seco e sen fiapos.
• Non empregue produtos de limpeza abrasivos, alcol nin disolventes químicos.
• Elimina con coidado calquera cerumen ou residuos das puntas dos auriculares e da malla do altofalante cun cepillo pequeno e suave ou un hisopo de algodón.

5.2 Almacenamento

Cando non os uses, garda os auriculares no seu estoxo de carga para protexelos do po e dos danos, e para mantelos cargados.

5.3 Coidado coa batería

• Evita expoñer os auriculares e a caixa de carga a temperaturas extremas (calor ou frío).
• Cargue o dispositivo regularmente, mesmo se non o usa con frecuencia, para manter a batería en bo estado.
• Emprega só o cable de carga incluído ou un equivalente certificado.

6 Solución de problemas

• Auriculares sen emparellamento: Ensure both earbuds are charged and in pairing mode. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. If issues persist, try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's specific reset instructions if available, or place them back in the case and try pairing again).
• Sen son dun auricular: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then take them out again. This often re-syncs them.
• Problemas de carga: Comproba se o cable de carga está conectado correctamente tanto á funda como á fonte de alimentación. Asegúrate de que os contactos de carga dos auriculares e do interior da funda estean limpos e libres de residuos.
• ANC non funciona eficazmente: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears to create a good seal. Check that ANC mode is activated via the touch controls.
• Baixa calidade das chamadas: Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Check that ENC mode is active for clearer calls.
