1. Introdución

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your MOPUP Motion Sensor Trash Can. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper function and longevity.

4. Configuración

1. Instalación da batería:

   Locate the battery compartment, typically on the underside of the lid or the back of the unit. Insert 4 AA batteries (not included) according to the polarity indicators (+/-). Ensure the battery cover is securely closed.

2. Insert Garbage Bag:

   Lift the outer lid of the trash can. Place a standard 4.5-gallon drawstring garbage bag into the inner bin, ensuring the top edge of the bag is folded over the rim of the inner bin. Lower the outer lid to secure the bag in place.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

1. Automatic Sensor Opening:

   To open the lid automatically, wave your hand or bend your knee within 8 inches (20 cm) of the sensor zone located on the front of the lid. The lid will open instantly (0.3 seconds).
2. Peche automático:

   After 6 seconds of inactivity (no object detected in the sensor zone), the lid will automatically close. This helps to contain odors.

3. Apertura manual:

   For continuous opening or if the sensor is not desired, you can manually lift the lid. The lid will remain open until manually closed or until the sensor is reactivated.

4. Replacing a Full Garbage Bag:

   When the garbage bag is full, lift the outer lid. Pull the drawstring of the garbage bag to seal it, then lift the bag out of the inner bin. Dispose of the sealed bag properly and replace with a new one as described in Section 4.2.

6. Mantemento

• Limpeza:

  Wipe the exterior of the trash can with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, a mild, non-abrasive cleaner can be used. Do not submerge the unit in water or use harsh chemicals, as this may damage the electronic components. The stainless steel finish is designed for easy cleaning.

• Substitución da batería:

  When the sensor responsiveness decreases or the lid stops opening, it is time to replace the batteries. Refer to Section 4.1 for battery installation instructions.
