Instrucións de montaxe

The Himaly Mini Exercise Bike is designed for quick and easy assembly. Follow these steps:

1. Fixar as barras estabilizadoras: Locate the two stabilizer bars. Align each bar with the corresponding holes on the front and rear of the main unit. Secure them using the provided screws and washers. Tighten firmly with the wrench.
2. Fixar os pedais: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The pedals are threaded differently. Screw the left pedal counter-clockwise into the left crank arm and the right pedal clockwise into the right crank arm. Ensure they are fully tightened to prevent loosening during use.
3. Install LCD Display Battery: The LCD display requires 1 AAA battery (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the display, insert the battery with correct polarity, and close the compartment.

Initial Setup and Placement

Usando a pantalla LCD

The multi-function LCD display tracks your workout data in real-time. It automatically turns on when you begin pedaling and turns off after a period of inactivity.

Exercise Techniques

• Leg Exercise: Place the unit on the floor in front of your chair. Sit comfortably and place your feet into the pedal straps. Begin pedaling in a smooth, controlled motion.
• Arm Exercise: Place the unit on a sturdy table or desk. Sit comfortably and grasp the pedals with your hands. Begin rotating the pedals in a smooth, controlled motion.

Mantemento e almacenamento
