The SHARP UD-P20E-W is designed to effectively reduce excess humidity in rooms ranging from 35 to 46 square meters, helping to prevent mold formation and create a more comfortable indoor environment. It features a 3.8-liter water tank and a dehumidification capacity of up to 20 liters per day.

4. Configuración

1. Desembalaxe: Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future transport or storage.
2. Colocación: Place the dehumidifier on a firm, level surface in the desired room. Ensure there is at least 20 cm (8 inches) of space around the unit for proper airflow. The integrated swivel castors allow for easy repositioning.

The SHARP UD-P20E-W features a clear control panel with push buttons for easy operation.

5.1 Funcionamento básico

• Encendido/apagado: Preme o botón de acendido (⏻) para acender ou apagar a unidade.
• Velocidade do ventilador: Select between 2 fan speeds (Low/High) using the fan speed button (☰).
• Configuración de humidade: Use the humidity setting buttons to set your desired humidity level. The integrated humidity sensor will maintain this level automatically.

5.2 Funcións especiais

• Laundry Drying Function: Activate this function for continuous dehumidification, which helps to dry clothes faster indoors.
• Función de temporizador: Set the timer to automatically turn the appliance on or off after a specified period.
• Función de desconxelación automática: The unit is equipped with an automatic defrost function to prevent ice buildup on the evaporator coils, ensuring efficient operation in cooler conditions.
• Modo de rotación: This mode constantly opens and closes the air outlet grille for wider air distribution.

6. Mantemento

Un mantemento regular garante un rendemento óptimo e prolonga a vida útil do deshumidificador. Desconecte sempre a unidade antes de realizar calquera mantemento.

6.1 Baleirado do depósito de auga

• When the water tank is full, the unit will automatically stop operating, and an audible alarm will sound.
• Carefully pull out the water tank from the side of the unit.
• Baleirar a auga recollida.
• Reinsert the water tank firmly until it clicks into place. The unit will resume operation.

6.2 Limpeza do filtro de aire

• The air filter should be cleaned regularly (e.g., every two weeks or as needed).
• Retire o filtro de aire da parte traseira da unidade.

• Deixe que o filtro se seque completamente antes de reinserilo.

6.3 Drenaxe continua (opcional)

For continuous operation without needing to empty the water tank, you can connect a drain hose (not included) to the continuous drain outlet at the back of the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity drainage.
