1. Introdución

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your Chefman 5-in-1 Digital Panini Press Grill & Griddle. This versatile appliance functions as a panini press, contact grill, and a 180° lay-flat indoor grill with reversible grill and griddle plates. 4. Configuración e uso inicial

5.1. Powering On & Setting Temperature

1. Plug the appliance into a standard electrical outlet. The LCD display will illuminate.

2. Place your sandwich or food item on the bottom grill plate.
3. Gently lower the top plate onto the food. The floating hinge will adjust to the thickness of your item.

5. Use a heat-resistant spatula to remove food.

5.3. Using as a Grill/Griddle (180° Open Mode)

1. To open the grill to 180°, locate the hinge release lever on the right side of the unit.
2. Push the lever to release the top plate, then gently open the top plate until it lies flat, creating a larger cooking surface.
3. Preheat the unit to your desired temperature.
4. Place food items (e.g., burgers, steaks, pancakes, eggs) on both cooking surfaces.
5. Cook, turning as needed, until desired doneness.
6. Use a heat-resistant spatula to remove food.

5.4. Reversible Plates

The cooking plates are reversible, offering a ribbed grill surface on one side and a flat griddle surface on the other. To reverse a plate:
