The SIMREX X500 is a compact and foldable mini drone equipped with a 720P HD camera, designed for ease of use and stable flight. It features Optical Flow Positioning and Altitude Hold for stable hovering, Headless Mode for simplified control, and 3D Flips for dynamic maneuvers. This manual provides detailed instructions to help you get the most out of your drone.

2. Configuración e preparación

2.1 Unpacking and Product List

Carefully unpack all components from the box. Ensure all items are present before proceeding.

2.2 Carga da batería

Before first use, fully charge the drone battery. Connect the battery to the provided USB charging cable and plug it into a 5V adapter. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

2.3 Substitución da hélice

If a propeller is damaged, replace it using the provided screwdriver. Ensure to match the 'A' propellers to 'A' arms and 'B' propellers to 'B' arms for correct flight.

2.4 Installing the Protective Frame

For added protection, especially during initial flights, install the propeller protective frames onto each motor arm.

Insert the fully charged battery into the drone's battery compartment. Ensure it clicks securely into place.

2.6 Remote Controller Battery Installation

Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote controller and insert the required batteries (typically AAA, not included unless specified). Close the compartment securely.

2.7 Installing the Phone Holder

Attach the phone holder to the remote controller. This allows you to mount your smartphone for FPV viewcontrol de aplicacións e xestión.

3. Instrucións de funcionamento

3.1 Frequency Binding and Calibration

  1. Place the drone on a horizontal surface with the camera facing forward.
  2. Long press the power button on the drone to turn it on. The lights will flash.

  4. Push the left joystick upwards then downwards. The drone lights will become steady, indicating successful binding.
  5. For calibration, push both joysticks 45° outwards and downwards simultaneously. The flashing lights will change to steady, indicating successful calibration.

  • One Key Take-off/Landing: Short press the designated button for automatic take-off or landing.

3.3 Facer fotos e vídeos

The drone is equipped with a 720P HD camera. Use the dedicated buttons on the remote controller or the companion app to capture photos and record videos.

3.4 Funcionamento da APP

Download the 'SIMREX GO' app by scanning the QR code in the manual or searching on your app store. Connect your smartphone to the drone's Wi-Fi network (SIMREX-X500-xxxxxx). The app provides an interface for flight control, live video feed, photo/video capture, and access to an electronic manual.

4. Mantemento

  • Limpeza: Usa un pano suave e seco para limpar o dron e o control remoto. Evita o uso de líquidos ou solventes.
  • Inspección da hélice: Regularly check propellers for any damage or cracks. Replace damaged propellers immediately to ensure safe flight.

5 Solución de problemas

  • O dron non responde: Ensure both the drone and remote controller are powered on and successfully bound. Check battery levels.
  • Unstable flight/hovering: Perform calibration as described in Section 3.1. Check for damaged propellers. Ensure the drone is on a flat surface during take-off.
  • Tempo de voo curto: Ensure the battery is fully charged before each flight. Battery performance can degrade over time.
