2.2 Panel de control

The control panel features a digital display and various buttons for operation:

3. Configuración e primeiro uso
3.1 Desembalaxe
Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the pressure cooker for any damage. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.

3.2 Limpeza inicial
- Wash the inner pot, lid (including the sealing ring and valves), and all accessories with warm, soapy water.

- Place the inner pot into the main unit. Ensure it sits correctly and is level.

- Place the lid onto the main unit, aligning the arrow on the lid with the unlock symbol on the cooker body. Rotate clockwise until it locks into place, aligning with the lock symbol.

- Preparar ingredientes: Place desired ingredients and liquid into the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX fill line (2/3 full for most foods, 1/2 full for expanding foods).

Examples of cooking with preset programs:
- Pasta: Select the "Pasta" program. Add pasta and water according to recipe. The cooker will automatically set the appropriate pressure and time.
- Guiso: Use the "Stew" program for tender meats and vegetables.
- Vapor: Place food on the steamer basket with water below. Select "Steam" for healthy cooking of vegetables or fish.

4.3 Función Manter quente
After cooking, the appliance automatically enters "Keep Warm" mode to maintain food temperature. Press the "Keep Warm/Cancel" button to exit this mode.
