The Sencor SPR 3600WH Electric Pressure Cooker consists of the following main components:

2.2 Panel de control

The control panel features a digital display and various buttons for operation:

• Visualización: Shows cooking time, temperature, and program status.

3.1 Desembalaxe

Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the pressure cooker for any damage. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.

3.2 Limpeza inicial

1. Wash the inner pot, lid (including the sealing ring and valves), and all accessories with warm, soapy water.

1. Place the inner pot into the main unit. Ensure it sits correctly and is level.

4. Place the lid onto the main unit, aligning the arrow on the lid with the unlock symbol on the cooker body. Rotate clockwise until it locks into place, aligning with the lock symbol.

1. Preparar ingredientes: Place desired ingredients and liquid into the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX fill line (2/3 full for most foods, 1/2 full for expanding foods).
2. Pechar tapa: Securely close the lid as described in Section 3.3. Ensure the pressure release valve is set to the "Sealing" position.

6. Liberación de presión: Once cooking is complete, the cooker will beep and automatically switch to "Keep Warm" mode. To release pressure:
   • Liberación natural: Allow the pressure to dissipate naturally. This is recommended for foamy foods or large cuts of meat. The float valve will drop when pressure is released.

• Pasta: Select the "Pasta" program. Add pasta and water according to recipe. The cooker will automatically set the appropriate pressure and time.
• Guiso: Use the "Stew" program for tender meats and vegetables.
• Vapor: Place food on the steamer basket with water below. Select "Steam" for healthy cooking of vegetables or fish.

4.3 Función Manter quente

After cooking, the appliance automatically enters "Keep Warm" mode to maintain food temperature. Press the "Keep Warm/Cancel" button to exit this mode.
