- Do not place the outer thermal pot directly on a stovetop or any heating element. The outer pot is designed for heat retention only.
- Always handle the inner pots with caution, especially after heating, as they will be extremely hot. Use oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves.
- Ensure the lid is securely closed on both the inner pot and the outer thermal pot to maintain heat and prevent spills.
- Keep out of reach of children when in use or when containing hot food.
- Do not immerse the outer thermal pot in water. Clean with a damp pano.
- Avoid dropping the thermal cooker, as this may damage the vacuum insulation and impair its performance.

Configuración

- Montaxe: Place the clean, dry inner cooking pots into the outer thermal pot. Ensure they fit snugly.

The Shuttle Chef operates on the principle of thermal cooking, where food is brought to a boil on a stovetop in the inner pot, then transferred to the insulated outer pot to continue cooking without external heat.
- Preparar comida: Place your ingredients into one or both of the inner cooking pots.
- Calefacción inicial: Place the inner cooking pot(s) directly onto a stovetop burner. Bring the contents to a boil and simmer for the recommended time as per your recipe (typically 5-15 minutes, depending on the food). Ensure the food is thoroughly heated through.
- Transfer to Outer Pot: Carefully remove the hot inner cooking pot(s) from the stovetop using oven mitts. Place the inner pot(s) into the outer thermal pot.
- Selo: Securely close the lid of the outer thermal pot. Ensure it is properly sealed to maximize heat retention.
- Thermal Cooking: Allow the food to cook passively within the insulated outer pot for the duration specified in your recipe. The vacuum insulation will maintain the cooking temperature for an extended period.
- Servir: Once cooking is complete, carefully open the outer pot and remove the inner pot(s). Serve food directly from the inner pot or transfer to serving dishes.
Limpeza e Mantemento
- Macetas interiores: The stainless steel inner pots and their lids are dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent water spots.
- Outer Thermal Pot: Wipe the exterior of the outer pot with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent solution. Do not immerse the outer pot in water or place it in a dishwasher, as this can damage the vacuum insulation.
- Tapas: Ensure all lids are clean and dry before storage.
- Almacenamento: Store the thermal cooker in a clean, dry place. It is recommended to store the outer pot with its lid slightly ajar to allow air circulation and prevent odors.
Resolución de problemas
- Food not cooking thoroughly: Ensure the food was brought to a vigorous boil and simmered for the recommended time on the stovetop before transferring to the outer pot. The outer pot must be sealed immediately after transfer to retain maximum heat.
- Heat loss: Verify that the outer pot lid is securely closed and sealed. Avoid frequently opening the lid during the thermal cooking process, as this releases heat.
- Outer pot feels warm: The outer pot should remain cool to the touch. If it feels warm, the vacuum insulation may be compromised. Contact customer support if this occurs.
