1. Introdución

3. Configuración

This remote control requires two AAA batteries for operation. Batteries are not included with the product and must be purchased separately.

3.1 Instalación da batería

1. Localice o compartimento da batería na parte traseira do control remoto.
2. Slide the battery compartment cover downwards and lift it off.
3. Insira dúas pilas AAA, asegurándose de manter a polaridade correcta (+ e -) como se indica no interior do compartimento.
4. Volva colocar a tapa do compartimento da batería deslizándoa de volta ao seu lugar ata que faga clic de forma segura.

3.2 Conexión inicial

The SOLTECH CCTV Remote Control is pre-configured for Samsung Wisenet All-In-One System DVRs and NVRs. No additional setup, programming, or pairing is required. Once batteries are installed, the remote is ready for immediate use with compatible systems.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

Point the remote control directly at your Samsung Wisenet DVR or NVR. Press the desired buttons to navigate menus, control playback, switch camera views, and access other functions of your security system. The button layout is standard for Wisenet systems, allowing for intuitive operation.

6. Mantemento

6.1 Substitución da batería

When the remote control's performance diminishes or it stops responding, replace the AAA batteries. Always replace both batteries at the same time with new ones. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.

6.2 Limpeza

Para limpar o mando a distancia, use un pano suave e seco. Para a sucidade persistente, dóreo lixeiramente.ampEnxágüe o pano con auga. 6.3 Almacenamento

Garda o mando a distancia nun lugar fresco e seco, lonxe da luz solar directa e de temperaturas extremas. Se o mando a distancia non se vai usar durante un período prolongado, é recomendable retirar as pilas para evitar fugas.

7 Solución de problemas

If you experience issues with your SOLTECH CCTV Remote Control, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• O control remoto non responde:
  • Comprobe se as pilas están inseridas correctamente coa polaridade correcta.
  • Substitúe as pilas por pilas AAA novas.
  • Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote control and the infrared receiver on your Wisenet DVR/NVR. Obstructions can block the signal.
  • Verify that the remote control is pointed directly at the Wisenet system.
• Funcionalidade intermitente:
