This section provides instructions for setting up your hygger Rechargeable Aquarium Pond Air Pump. Ensure all components are present before beginning installation.
1.1 Desembalaxe e identificación de compoñentes
Carefully remove all items from the packaging. The package includes:
- 1 x Air Pump Unit

- 1 x Main Hose
- 1 x Diverter Valve (with 4 or 6 outlets depending on model)

1.2 Connecting the Air Hoses and Air Stones
- Connect the main hose to the air outlet on the air pump unit.
- Attach the diverter valve to the other end of the main hose.
- Connect the thin hoses to the outlets of the diverter valve.
- Attach an air stone to the end of each thin hose.
- Install the check valve in-line on the main hose to prevent water backflow into the pump.

1.3 Carga inicial
Before first use, fully charge the air pump using the provided power adapter. The LCD display will indicate the battery status.

2.1 Acendido/apagado e selección de modo
Press the 'ON/OFF' button to power the unit on or off. The pump operates in both AC (when plugged in) and DC (battery-powered) modes. The LCD display shows the current voltage e batería porcenttage.

2.2 Adjustable Air Flow
The air pump features a 9-level adjustable air volume control knob. Rotate the knob to increase or decrease the airflow. The diverter valve also allows for individual adjustment or closure of specific air outlets.

2.3 Potencia Outage Protección
When the unit is plugged into a power adapter, it operates on AC power and simultaneously charges the internal battery. In the event of a power failure, the pump will automatically switch to battery power, ensuring continuous oxygen supply to your aquatic environment. The minimum flow setting can provide up to 100 hours of operation, while the maximum flow can last for approximately 8 hours (based on single air stone experiment).

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your air pump.
3.1 Air Stone Care
Soak new air stones in water before initial use to ensure optimal bubble diffusion. Periodically clean or replace air stones to prevent clogging and maintain consistent airflow.

Avoid overcharging the battery. While the unit is designed for continuous charging, prolonged excessive charging can impact battery life. Disconnect the charger once fully charged if not needed for immediate backup.
