4. Configuración

Before first use, fully charge your RORRY Portable Charger.

4.1 Carga da batería externa

1. Connect the included USB-C to USB-A charging cable to the USB-C Input/Output port on the power bank.
2. Plug the USB-A end of the cable into a USB wall adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicators will light up progressively, indicating the charging status. All four LEDs will be solid when fully charged.

A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours using a suitable adapter.

The RORRY Portable Charger offers multiple ways to charge your devices simultaneously.

5.1 Charging Apple Watch

1. Fold out the magnetic charging module for Apple Watch.
2. Place your Apple Watch onto the magnetic charger. Ensure it aligns correctly and charging begins.

The magnetic wireless charging module can charge your Apple Watch 9 to 50% in 1 hour and to 100% in 2 hours.

5.2 Charging iPhone and Android Devices

1. Usando cables integrados: Pull out the appropriate built-in Lightning or USB-C cable and connect it to your device.
2. Using USB-A/USB-C Ports: Connect your device's charging cable to the USB-A output port or the USB-C input/output port on the power bank.

The 22.5W (max) USB-A and USB-C output ports can charge an iPhone 15 to 50% in 30 minutes. The 12W built-in charging cable can charge an iPhone 15 to 40% in 30 minutes.

5.3 Carga de paso a través

The power bank supports pass-through charging, allowing it to be recharged while simultaneously charging connected devices. This is useful for managing power when outlets are limited.

7 Solución de problemas

7.1 O dispositivo non se carga

• Asegúrate de que a batería externa estea suficientemente cargada. Comproba os indicadores LED.
• Preme o botón de acendido para activar o banco de enerxía.
• Check if the charging cable (built-in or external) is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
• Proba cun cable ou porto diferente para descartar unha conexión defectuosa.
• For Apple Watch, ensure it is properly aligned on the magnetic charger.

7.2 A batería externa non se recarga

• Verify that the USB-C input cable is correctly inserted into the power bank and the power source.
• Proba cun adaptador de parede USB ou un porto USB diferente.
• Asegúrate de que o cable de carga non estea danado.

7.3 Carga lenta

• Ensure your device supports fast charging and that you are using a compatible cable and port (USB-A or USB-C output).

• When charging to 80%, the power bank activates smart trickle charging to protect your device's battery, which may appear slower.

7.4 Sobrequecemento

• It is normal for the power bank to become slightly warm during charging or discharging.
• If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect all devices and the power source immediately. Allow it to cool down before resuming use.
• Ensure proper ventilation and avoid covering the power bank during operation.
