1.1 Seguridade xeral
- Non mergulle o aparello, o cable de alimentación nin o enchufe en auga ou outros líquidos.
- Este aparello é só para uso doméstico. Non use ao aire libre.
- Manteña o aparello fóra do alcance dos nenos.
- Always ensure the water tank is filled before operation to prevent damage to the pump.
- Use só auga fría e fresca no depósito de auga.
- Exercise caution when handling hot surfaces and steam. The steam wand can become very hot.

1.2 Seguridade eléctrica

2.1 Compoñentes

2.2 Controis

3. Configuración
3.1 Limpeza inicial
- Retire todos os materiais de embalaxe.
- Wash the water tank, portafilter, filters, measuring spoon, and drip tray with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

3.2 Enchendo o depósito de auga
- Remove the water tank from the back of the machine using its handle.
- Fill the tank with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line.

Before first use, or if the machine has not been used for a long time, prime the system:

- Turn the function knob to the "Coffee" mode limit.
- Press the 1-cup button. Water will flow through the portafilter. Let it run for about 30 seconds.

- Turn the function knob back to the neutral position. The machine is now primed.
4. Instrucións de funcionamento
4.1 Elaboración de espresso
- Precalentar: Turn on the machine. Ensure the function knob is set to "Coffee". Wait for the indicator light to turn solid, indicating the machine is preheated.
- Preparar o café: Grind fresh coffee beans to a fine espresso grind. Fill the appropriate filter basket (1-cup or 2-cup) with ground coffee.
- Tamp: Use o tamper to press the coffee grounds firmly and evenly into the filter basket. Ensure the surface is level.
- Conecte o portafiltro: Insert the portafilter into the group head and twist it firmly to the right until it is securely locked.

- Cervexa: Press the 1-cup or 2-cup button. The machine will begin brewing. The PID control system ensures optimal water temperature for extraction, and the pre-soak system moistens the grounds for uniform extraction.
- Parar: The machine will automatically stop brewing when the programmed volume is reached. You can manually stop brewing at any time by pressing the button again.
- Eliminar o portafiltro: Retire con coidado o portafiltro xirándoo cara á esquerda. Desbote os posos de café usados.
4.2 Espuma de leite
- Preparar o leite: Fill a stainless steel frothing pitcher with cold milk (whole milk is recommended for best results).
- Activar Steam: Turn the function knob to the "Steam" mode. Wait for the steam indicator light to illuminate, indicating the machine is ready to produce steam.
- Variña de purga: Briefly open the steam valve to release any condensed water from the wand. Close the valve.
- Leite espumoso: Immerse the tip of the steam wand just below the surface of the milk. Open the steam valve slowly. Move the pitcher up and down to create foam.
- Deixar de usar o vapor: Once the desired texture and temperature are achieved, close the steam valve and remove the pitcher.

To dispense hot water for warming cups or other uses:

- Turn the function knob to the "Hot Water" mode. Hot water will dispense from the steam wand.
- Turn the knob back to the neutral position to stop the flow.
5. Mantemento
5.1 Limpeza diaria
- Portafiltros e filtros: After each use, remove the portafilter, discard grounds, and rinse the portafilter and filter basket under running water.
- Bandexa de goteo: Empty and clean the removable drip tray daily or when the red indicator knob appears.
- Varilla de vapor: Always wipe the steam wand immediately after frothing milk. Purge the wand to clear any internal residue.

5.2 Limpeza do depósito de auga
Clean the water tank weekly with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue.
5.3 Descalcificación
Regular descaling is essential to maintain machine performance and extend its lifespan. The frequency depends on water hardness and usage.

- Remove the portafilter handle. Place a large water bowl under the coffee spout and another under the steam wand.
- Press the 1-cup and 2-cup buttons simultaneously. The machine will begin the descaling cycle.
- Allow the machine to complete the cycle, or continue cleaning until the water tank is empty.
