This image displays the flags representing the nine languages available on the device.
6. Mantemento
6.1 Limpeza
Regularly clean the device, especially the infrared and visible light lenses, and the display screen. Use a soft, lint-free cloth. For lenses, use a specialized lens cleaning solution if necessary. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
6.2 Coidado coa batería
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the device frequently. Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods. Recharge the battery periodically if stored for a long time.
7 Solución de problemas
- O dispositivo non se acende: Asegúrate de que a batería estea suficientemente cargada. Conecta o dispositivo a un cargador e inténtao de novo.
- Imaxes térmicas pouco claras: Check if the lenses are clean. Ensure the emissivity setting is appropriate for the target material.
- Lecturas de temperatura inexactas: Verify the emissivity setting. Ensure the device is within its specified operating temperature range.
- Parallax effect in hybrid view: When using the hybrid (IR and visible light overlay) mode, be aware of the parallax effect, especially at close distances. The visible light and infrared lenses are physically separated, which can cause misalignment between the two images. This is normal for devices with separate lenses and should be considered when interpreting combined images.
- Problemas de transferencia de datos: Asegúrate de que o cable USB estea conectado correctamente tanto ao dispositivo como ao ordenador. Proba cun porto ou cable USB diferente.
