4. Configuración e montaxe

Before first use, ensure the chainsaw is correctly assembled and prepared.

4.1 Preparación de combustible e aceite

The CSH56 uses a 2-stroke engine and requires a specific fuel mixture.

• Mestura de combustible: Mix unleaded petrol with high-quality 2-stroke engine oil at the ratio specified in the engine manual (typically 25:1 or 50:1, refer to the engine manufacturer's instructions for exact ratio).
• Aceite de cadea: Use only specialized chainsaw chain oil for lubrication. Do not use waste oil.
• Fill the fuel tank (0.55 L capacity) and the chain oil tank (0.26 L capacity) in a well-ventilated area, away from ignition sources.
• Check the integrated fuel level indicator to monitor fuel levels during operation.

4.2 Instalación da barra e da cadea

4. Carefully fit the saw chain around the drive sprocket and into the guide bar groove. Ensure the cutting edges of the chain are facing the correct direction.

6. Adjust chain tension using the chain tension adjustment screw. The chain should be snug against the bar but still able to be pulled freely by hand.
7. Aperte ben as porcas da tapa lateral.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

Siga estes pasos para un funcionamento seguro e eficaz da súa motoserra.

5.1 Arranque do motor

1. Coloque a motoserra sobre unha superficie firme e plana.
2. Active o freo da cadea empurrando o protector dianteiro da man cara adiante.
3. Set the choke (if cold start) and prime the carburetor (if equipped).
4. Tire firmemente do cordón de arranque ata que o motor arranque.
5. Once started, disengage the choke and allow the engine to warm up for a few moments.
6. Desactive o freo da cadea antes de comezar as operacións de corte.

5.2 Técnicas de corte

• Use the bumper spike for leverage when cutting larger logs. Position the spike securely onto the wood before making the cut.
• Be aware of potential kickback, especially when the tip of the guide bar contacts an object.
• Plan your cuts to avoid pinching the guide bar.
• The maximum cutting thickness is up to 47cm.

6. Mantemento

• Wipe down the exterior of the chainsaw with a damp pano.
