Thank you for choosing the Tera Portable Electric Vehicle Charger. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your new EV charger. The Tera P01-WT-EU is a versatile 7.6 kW Type 2 EV charger designed for both portable and fixed use, offering adjustable current, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity. It features a 7-meter pure copper charging cable and supports CEE 3-phase IEC 60309 standards, ensuring reliable and fast charging for your electric vehicle.

5. Configuración

5.1 Uso portátil

For portable use, simply plug the CEE 32 A 230 V single-phase plug into a compatible and properly grounded wall socket. No additional installation is required. The charger is designed to be easily transported in its storage bag.

5.2 Fixed Wall Mount Installation

To install the charger as a fixed wall-mounted unit:

1. Choose a suitable indoor location near a CEE 32 A 230 V single-phase socket, ensuring it is dry and well-ventilated.

3. Drill holes at the marked points and insert the provided wall anchors.

6. Instrucións de funcionamento

6.1 Intelligent LED Touchscreen Display

The charger features an intelligent LED touchscreen display that shows real-time charging information and allows for direct control.

• Luz indicadora: Mostra o estado de carga.
• "A" Button:
  • Prensa curta: Adjusts the output current (16A/20A/24A/32A).
  • Prensa longa: Toggles charging mode between Plug-and-Play and APP Start.
• Clock Icon Button: Used for scheduling off-peak charging to save electricity costs.
• Restablecer Wi-Fi: Simultaneously long press the "A" button and the Clock Icon button to reset Wi-Fi.

6.2 Charging Your EV

1. Ensure the charger is securely connected to the power outlet.
2. Open the charging port on your electric vehicle.

4. The charger will initiate charging based on the selected mode (Plug-and-Play or APP Start).
5. Monitor the charging status on the LED display or via the mobile app.
6. Once charging is complete, safely disconnect the Type 2 connector from your vehicle, then unplug the charger from the wall outlet.

The Tera EV Charger can be controlled and monitored using a smart application on your smartphone.

2. Follow the in-app instructions to register an account and add your Tera EV Charger. Ensure your phone and the charger are connected to the same Wi-Fi network during setup.

8. Mantemento

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Tera EV Charger.

• Limpeza: Disconnect the charger from the power source before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Coidado do cable: Avoid kinking, twisting, or driving over the charging cable. Store the cable neatly when not in use, preferably on the wall mount hook if installed.
• Almacenamento: When not in use for extended periods, store the charger in a dry, cool place, ideally in its provided storage bag.
• Inspección: Periodically inspect the charger unit, cable, and plugs for any signs of damage, wear, or corrosion. If any damage is found, discontinue use and contact customer support.
