7 Solución de problemas

Se tes problemas coa túa estación de carga, consulta os seguintes problemas e solucións comúns:

• Sen alimentación/Pantalla apagada:
  • Ensure the power cable is securely plugged into both the charging station and the wall outlet.
  • Press the intelligent button switch on top to turn the unit on.
  • Comprobe se a toma de corrente funciona correctamente conectando outro dispositivo.
• O dispositivo non se carga:
  • Verify that the charging station is powered on.
  • Ensure your device's charging cable is properly connected to both the device and the charging station port.
  • Try a different port on the charging station.
  • Check if your device's charging cable is functional.
• Carga lenta:
  • Ensure your device and cable support fast charging protocols (e.g., Power Delivery for USB-C).
  • The charging station intelligently distributes power. If multiple high-power devices are connected, the output to individual ports may be adjusted.
