4. Configuración

4.1 Carga do dispositivo

3. Place the pads firmly on the desired treatment area. Ensure good contact with the skin.

Press and hold the power button (usually located on the side or top of the device) for a few seconds to turn the unit ON or OFF.

5.2 Selecting Modes (TENS, EMS, DIY)

1. After powering on, the device will display the current mode.

5.4 Using DIY Mode

The DIY mode allows for personalized therapy by customizing parameters:

1. Select DIY mode using the MENÚ botón.
2. Usa o MENÚ button again to cycle through adjustable parameters: Programs (21-24), Frequency (10-450 Hz), Pulse Width (80-450 us), and On/Off Time (10-300 seconds).

1. While in a program, locate the timer setting on the screen.
