Instalación
Professional installation is recommended. Please follow the steps carefully to ensure correct setup and prevent leaks or damage.

Key Installation Steps and Considerations
- Valve Depth: Ensure the installation depth of the valve is between 2 9/16" (65 mm) minimum and 2 15/16" (75 mm) maximum. An incorrect depth can lead to malfunction after tiling. The embedded box should be cut flush with the tile surface before trim installation.
- Pipe Flushing: Before connecting the inlet pipes to the valve, flush both hot and cold inlet pipes for two minutes to prevent blockages.
- Teflon Tape Application: Wrap Teflon tape for at least 12 turns on all threaded connections to prevent leaks.
- Proba de fuga: After connecting all pipes to the valve, insert plugs and perform a water test to ensure there is no leakage at any joint.
- Proba de presión: Test the water pressure to ensure it is appropriate. Flush the outlet pipes for one minute.
- Tile Cutting: When cutting tiles for the valve trim, ensure the size of the cut does not exceed the dimensions of the trim.
- Instalación do brazo de ducha: For the 12-inch rainfall shower head, ensure the distance from the finished surface to the brass fitting is 5/8" (15 mm). For the 6-inch rainfall shower head, ensure this distance is 3/8" (8 mm).
- Handheld Shower Holder: For the handheld shower holder, ensure the distance from the finished surface to the brass fitting is 3/4" (20 mm).

Operación
Your EVERSTEIN Thermostatic Shower System is designed for ease of use and consistent performance.
Thermostatic Temperature Control
The thermostatic valve ensures a consistent water temperature, preventing sudden changes in hot or cold water. Set your desired temperature, typically 100°F (38°C), and the system will maintain it. A safety lock feature is included to prevent accidental scalding.

Mantemento
To maintain the appearance and functionality of your EVERSTEIN shower system, regular cleaning is recommended. Use a soft cloth and mild soap or a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for bathroom fixtures. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.

- Baixa presión da auga: Check if the main water supply is fully open. Ensure there are no blockages in the shower heads or hoses.
- Temperatura da auga inconsistente: Verify that the hot and cold water supply lines are correctly connected. If the thermostatic valve is not maintaining temperature, it may require professional inspection.
- Fugas: Ensure all connections are tightened properly and that Teflon tape was applied correctly during installation. If leaks persist, contact a plumber.
