1.1 Advertencias xerais de seguridade

3. Configuración e montaxe
3.1 Assembling the Guide Bar and Chain
- Ensure the engine is off and the spark plug cap is disconnected for safety.

- Place the guide bar onto the studs, ensuring the chain tension pin aligns with the hole in the guide bar.
- Carefully fit the saw chain around the sprocket and into the groove of the guide bar. Ensure the cutting edges of the chain are facing the correct direction.
- Replace the chain brake cover and hand-tighten the nuts.
- Adjust the chain tension using the tensioning screw. The chain should be snug against the guide bar but still able to be pulled freely by hand. There should be no slack on the underside of the guide bar.
- Fully tighten the nuts to secure the chain brake cover and guide bar.
3.2 Fueling the Chainsaw
This chainsaw uses a 2-stroke petrol engine and requires a specific fuel mixture. Never use pure petrol.

4.1 Arranque do motor
- Place the chainsaw on a firm, flat surface. Ensure the chain brake is engaged (pushed forward).
- Set the choke lever to the 'closed' (cold start) position.

- Sharpen chain: A sharp chain cuts efficiently and safely. Use a round file of the correct diameter for your chain.
- Clean the chainsaw: Remove sawdust and debris from the engine fins and chain brake mechanism.
5.2 Mantemento periódico
