1. Configuración
Before first use, ensure the robot and dock are properly set up.
1.1 Desembalaxe e colocación
- Remove all packaging materials from the robot and the Multifunctional Dock 3.0.
- Place the dock on a hard, level surface against a wall, ensuring adequate space around it for the robot to maneuver.

1.2 Carga inicial e conexión á aplicación
- Place the robot onto the charging dock. Ensure it is properly aligned and charging.
- Download the Roborock App from your device's app store.
- Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your Roborock Qrevo Master. The robot supports 2.4G WiFi networks.
- Once connected, the robot will begin mapping your home using PreciSense LiDAR navigation. This creates a detailed and accurate map for efficient cleaning.

2.3 Smart Control and Interaction

3. Mantemento
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Roborock Qrevo Master.
3.1 Dock Maintenance
- Recollida automática de po: The dock automatically empties the robot's dustbin, allowing for up to 7 weeks without manual emptying.
- Automatic Water Replenishment: The dock refills the robot's water tank automatically.
- Hot Water Mop Wash & Warm Air Drying: The dock washes the mop with hot water (113°F warm air drying) to keep it fresh.
- Autolimpeza do peirao: The dock's self-cleaning feature reduces manual maintenance. Periodically remove the dock base for cleaning convenience.
- Detección intelixente de sucidade: The dock detects dirtiness of the water during mop washing and initiates re-mopping or re-washing if needed.
3.2 Mantemento do robot
- Dual Rubber Brush: Designed to prevent tangles, but periodically check and remove any hair or debris wrapped around the rollers.
- Almofadas de fregona: The mop pads are easily changed with Velcro attachments. It is recommended to cycle through extra mop pads weekly for optimal hygiene.
- Bolsa de po: Replace the disposable dust bag in the dock as indicated by the app or when full.
- Sensores: Regularly wipe the robot's sensors, including the Reactive AI obstacle recognition sensors and LiDAR navigation sensor, with a clean, dry cloth to ensure accurate navigation.
- Filtro: The washable filter should be cleaned regularly according to the user manual's instructions.
4 Solución de problemas
If you encounter issues with your Roborock Qrevo Master, refer to the following common solutions.
