Configuración

1. Contido do paquete

2. Instalación física

To set up the phone on a desk:

1. Attach the desk stand to the phone base if it is not already attached. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
2. Place the phone on a stable, flat surface.

Montaxe en parede

The Poly Edge E100 can be mounted on a wall. A wall mount bracket (often sold separately) may be required. Follow the instructions provided with the wall mount kit.

1. Secure the wall mount bracket to the wall using appropriate fasteners.
2. Attach the phone to the wall mount bracket.
3. Ensure the handset retainer tab is reversed to hold the handset securely when wall-mounted.

3. Cables de conexión

Connect the necessary cables to the ports on the back of the phone. Refer to Figure 4 for port locations.

1. Auricular: Connect one end of the coiled handset cord to the handset and the other end to the handset port on the phone base.
2. Rede: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router. If using Power over Ethernet (PoE), the phone will power on automatically.
3. Power Adapter (if not using PoE): If PoE is not available, connect the power adapter (if included) to the power port on the phone and then to a power outlet.
4. Headset (Optional): If using a headset, connect it to the dedicated headset port.

Once connected, the phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. Initial configuration may be required by your IT administrator.
