4. Configuración

4.1. Cargar etiquetas

1. Abra a tapa da impresora levantándoa suavemente.
2. Insert the thermal label roll into the label compartment, ensuring the labels feed out from the top.
3. Adjust the label guides to fit the width of your label roll snugly.
4. Pull a few labels out past the print head.
5. Pecha a tapa da impresora de forma segura.

4.2. Conectando ao poder

Connect the power supply cable to the printer's power port and then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. Turn on the printer using the power switch.

4.3. Software and App Installation

The CLABEL 221D printer can be operated via a mobile application or desktop software.

For Mobile Devices (iOS/Android):

1. Download the "clabel trade" app from your device's app store (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).

1. Visit the official CLABEL websitio (www.clabel.com/download) to download the appropriate driver and software for your operating system (Windows or Mac).
2. Install the software by following the on-screen prompts.

4. Power on the printer. The computer should detect the printer automatically.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

5.1. Printing from the Mobile App

1. Ensure your printer is powered on and connected via Bluetooth to your mobile device.
2. Open the "clabel trade" app.
3. Select or create a new label design. The app offers extensive customization options including 11 font styles, 58 multi-templates, over 300 icons, and support for barcodes, QR codes, Excel printing, graphs, images, and tables.

5. Tap the print button to send the label to the printer.

5.2. Printing from PC Software

1. Ensure your printer is powered on and connected via USB to your computer.
2. Open the CLABEL desktop software.
3. Design your label using the software's features.
4. Select your CLABEL 221D printer from the printer options.
5. Click 'Print' to initiate printing.

5.3. Supported Label Sizes and Applications

The CLABEL 221D supports label widths from 0.78 inches (20mm) to 2.28 inches (58mm). This versatility makes it suitable for various applications, including:

6. Mantemento

6.1. Limpeza do cabezal de impresión

To ensure optimal print quality, regularly clean the print head:

1. Apague a impresora e desconecte o cable de alimentación.
2. Abra a tapa da impresora.
3. Limpe suavemente o cabezal de impresión cun hisopo de algodónampcon alcohol isopropílico.
4. Deixe que o cabezal de impresión seque completamente antes de pechar a tapa e acender a impresora.

6.2. Limpeza xeral

Limpe o exterior da impresora cun pano suave e seco. Non empregue produtos de limpeza abrasivos nin disolventes.

6.3. Almacenamento

Store the printer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.

7 Solución de problemas

If you encounter issues with your CLABEL 221D printer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• A impresora non se acende: Asegúrate de que o cable de alimentación estea conectado correctamente tanto á impresora como á toma de corrente. Comproba se o interruptor de alimentación está na posición de acendido.
• Labels not feeding or printing blank: Verify that the label roll is loaded correctly and that the labels are thermal-sensitive. Ensure the print head is clean.
• Mala calidade de impresión: Clean the print head as described in Section 6.1. Ensure you are using high-quality thermal labels.
• Problemas de conexión Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and the printer is within range. Restart both the printer and your mobile device.
• Problemas de conexión USB: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and the computer. Reinstall the printer drivers if necessary.
