Follow these steps for initial assembly before use:

1. Twist the bottom blade to assemble it onto the blade shaft.
2. Place the chosen bowl (glass or stainless steel) onto the anti-slip pad.
3. Carefully place the assembled blade into the center of the bowl.
4. Add the appropriate amount of food into the bowl, ensuring it does not exceed the MAX FILL line.
5. Cover the bowl with the translucent lid, ensuring it is securely in place.
6. Place the power pod (motor unit) onto the lid, aligning it correctly to engage the safety switch.

Instrucións de funcionamento

The KOIOS Food Processor offers two speed modes for optimal processing of various ingredients:

• Speed I (Smooth Cutting): Ideal for softer foods such as onions, guacamole, and chili. Press and hold the button for a consistent blend, or tap to pulse for coarse chopping.
• Speed II (Turbo Chopping): Suitable for harder foods like meat, carrots, and nuts. This higher speed provides more power for tougher ingredients.

To operate, simply press down on the power pod. The motor will engage and the blades will begin to rotate. Release the power pod to stop the operation. For best results, use short pulses rather than continuous operation, especially for chopping. Each processing session should not exceed 30 seconds. Allow the motor to rest for 20 seconds between cycles to prevent overheating.

Mantemento e Limpeza

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your KOIOS Food Processor:

• The bowls, lids, and blades are detachable and dishwasher safe. For dishwasher use, ensure the water temperature is less than 140℉/60℃ to prevent warping.

• Clean all parts immediately after use to prevent food residue from drying and becoming difficult to remove.
• Store the appliance in a dry place. The stackable bowls help save storage space.
