4. Configuración

4.1 Cargar o rato

The ProtoArc EM11 NL mouse features a built-in 500mAh Li-Ion rechargeable battery. Before first use, or when the low-battery indicator illuminates, charge the mouse using the provided USB-C cable.

1. Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the mouse's charging port.

4.2 Connecting the Mouse (Multi-Device)

The mouse supports connection to up to three devices via 2.4G USB and two Bluetooth 5.0 channels.

4.2.1 2.4G USB Connection

1. Localiza o receptor USB de 2.4 G gardado no compartimento da parte inferior do rato.

4. Press the 'Switch Button' until the '2.4G Indicator' light is illuminated. The mouse should connect automatically.

2. Press the 'Switch Button' to select either 'Bluetooth 1' or 'Bluetooth 2' mode. The corresponding indicator light will flash slowly.
3. To enter pairing mode, press and hold the 'Switch Button' for 3-5 seconds until the selected Bluetooth indicator light flashes rapidly.
4. On your device (PC, laptop, tablet), open Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
5. Select "ProtoArc EM11 NL" from the list of available devices to pair.
6. Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator light on the mouse will stop flashing and remain solid for a few seconds before turning off.

To switch between your 2.4G and two Bluetooth connected devices, simply press the 'Switch Button' on the underside of the mouse. The corresponding indicator light will briefly illuminate to confirm the active connection.

The mouse offers three adjustable DPI (Dots Per Inch) levels: 1000, 1600, and 2400. To change the sensitivity, press the 'DPI Button' located on the top of the mouse. Each press will cycle through the available DPI settings.

5.3 Using Forward/Backward Buttons

Período de adaptación: It may take 1-2 weeks to fully adapt to the vertical design if you are new to ergonomic mice. Continued use is recommended to experience the full benefits of reduced wrist pressure and improved comfort.

Hand Size Recommendation: This ergonomic vertical mouse is recommended for small to medium-sized hands. Please measure your hand size before ordering for optimal fit and comfort. Hand length (A) less than 7.5 inches (190.5mm) is generally recommended.

6. Mantemento

6.1 Limpeza

7 Solución de problemas

7.1 O rato non responde
