4. Configuración

1. Encendido: Connect the camera to a power source using the provided charger. The camera will power on automatically.
2. Descarga a aplicación: Download the "Closeli App" from your device's app store.

4. Engadir dispositivo: Follow the in-app instructions to add your CL200 camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or selecting the device type and connecting to your Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz-2.4835 GHz).

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

5.1 Two-Way Video Calling

The CL200 camera supports two-way video and audio communication. You can initiate a call from the camera or receive calls on your mobile app.

• Initiate Call from Camera: Press the call button on the camera. This will send a video call notification to the linked mobile app.
• Receive Call on App: When a call is initiated from the camera, you will receive a notification on your mobile device. Accept the call to begin two-way video communication.
• Call from App: Open the Closeli App, select your camera, and tap the video call icon to initiate a call to the camera.

5.2 Control de panorámica/inclinación

Utilize the mobile app to remotely adjust the camera's viewing angle. The camera offers 360° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt for comprehensive room coverage.

5.3 Visión nocturna

The camera automatically switches to night vision mode in low-light conditions, providing clear images. The full-color night vision feature enhances detail and clarity.

5.4 AI Detection & Alerts

Enable AI motion, human, and sound detection in the app to receive instant notifications on your smartphone when activity is detected. The camera can also auto-track detected subjects.

5.5 Opcións de almacenamento

Gravar e almacenar vídeostage using either a Micro SD card (up to 256GB, not included) or through the optional cloud storage service. Access recorded footage via the mobile app.

7 Solución de problemas

• A cámara non se conecta á wifi:
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. The camera does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi directly for initial setup.
  • Verifica que o contrasinal da wifi sexa correcto.
  • Achega a cámara ao teu enrutador Wi-Fi.
  • Reset the camera (refer to app instructions for reset procedure) and try connecting again.
• Baixa calidade do vídeo:
  • Comproba a velocidade da túa conexión a internet.
  • Asegúrese de que a lente da cámara estea limpa.
  • Adjust the video quality settings in the app if available.
• No Audio During Two-Way Talk:
  • Ensure microphone and speaker permissions are enabled for the Closeli App on your smartphone.
  • Comproba a configuración de volume tanto no teu teléfono como na aplicación.
  • Verify the camera's microphone and speaker are not obstructed.
