2.1. Download the Application
Download the official TOPDON CarPal application from the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). Busca 'TOPDON CarPal' to locate the correct app.
2.2. Connect to Vehicle OBD-II Port
Locate your vehicle's OBD-II port, typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side. Plug the TOPDON CarPal device firmly into the OBD-II port. Ensure a secure connection to avoid poor contact. The device will light up, indicating it is powered on.

Once connected, select the 'Full Vehicle Health Check' option in the app. The CarPal will automatically scan all crucial vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, ABS, airbags, and more. For American cars from 2006 onwards, AutoVIN will automatically recognize your vehicle's information. For older models, manual VIN input may be required.
