2. Información de seguridade
Operating a laser engraver involves potential hazards. Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure safe operation.

- Protección ocular: Never look directly into the laser beam or at the laser spot on the material without appropriate laser safety glasses. The OMTech Pronto is a Class 2 laser product with 0.874 mW output power.

3. Configuración
3.1 Desembalaxe e colocación
Carefully unpack the laser engraver. Place the machine on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials and direct sunlight.
3.2 Conexión de compoñentes

- Conexión USB/Ethernet: Connect the machine to your computer via USB or Ethernet for data transfer.
- Asistencia de aire: Connect the air assist pump to the designated port on the machine. This enhances cutting performance and reduces charring.
- Water Chiller: Connect the external water chiller (if applicable) to the laser tube's inlet and outlet ports. Ensure the chiller is filled with distilled water and operating correctly to maintain the laser tube's temperature.

3.3 Instalación e configuración do software
Install the LightBurn software on your computer. The OMTech Pronto is compatible with LightBurn, RDWorks, and CorelLaser. Follow the software's installation instructions and configure the machine settings according to the provided software guide.

4. Funcionamento
4.1 Carga de materiais
Place your material onto the workbed. The machine features a 63"x40" (1600x1000 mm) work area with both honeycomb and aluminum blade beds. For larger items, utilize the two-way pass-through doors.

4.2 Sistema de enfoque automático
The OMTech Pronto features an intelligent autofocus system. The workbed adjusts automatically to find the correct focal distance, eliminating manual adjustments. Ensure there are no obstructions on the table before initiating autofocus.

4.3 Setting Parameters and Starting Jobs
In your chosen software (e.g., LightBurn), import your design and set the appropriate laser parameters (speed, power, passes) for your material. The machine supports engraving speeds up to 1000 mm/s. Once parameters are set, initiate the job. Monitor the process through the flame-resistant window.

4.4 Materiais compatibles

5. Mantemento
Un mantemento regular garante a lonxevidade e o rendemento óptimo do seu gravador láser.
5.1 Cleaning Optics
Periodically inspect and clean the laser lens and mirrors using specialized optical cleaning solutions and cotton swabs. Dust and debris can degrade laser performance.
5.2 Water Chiller Maintenance
Regularly check the water level and temperature of your water chiller. Replace the water as recommended by the chiller manufacturer to prevent algae growth and maintain efficient cooling of the laser tube.
5.3 Limpeza xeral
Keep the work area and the interior of the machine clean from debris and residue. Use a vacuum cleaner or compressed air for hard-to-reach areas. Ensure the exhaust fan is clear of obstructions.
