3.1. Knee Ice Pack Wrap Setup
- Prepare the Ice Bag: Fill the 11-inch ice bag with about two-thirds of crushed ice. You may add approximately 1/4 cup of water if the ice feels too rough for comfort.
- Expel Air: Press the ice bag with your hands to remove excess air before sealing the cap tightly.
- Combine with Strap: Insert the filled ice bag into the designated opening of the fabric strap.
- Apply to Knee: Wrap the adjustable strap around your knee, ensuring a comfortable yet secure fit. The strap is designed to fit knee circumferences up to 38 inches.

4.2. Heating Pad Operation
