2.2. Carga inicial

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB power source. The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status.

2.3. Emparellamento co teu dispositivo

1. Ensure both earbuds are charged and placed inside the charging case.
2. Abre a caixa de carga. Os auriculares entrarán automaticamente no modo de emparellamento.
3. No teu dispositivo (teléfono intelixente, tableta, portátil), activa o Bluetooth.
4. Busca "ACwO Dwots 111" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
5. Once connected, a confirmation sound will be heard from the earbuds.

4. Mantemento e coidados

• Limpeza: Limpa regularmente os auriculares e a caixa de carga cun pano suave, seco e sen pelusa. Non empregues produtos de limpeza abrasivos nin disolventes.
• Puntas dos oídos: Retire as almofadas dos oídos periodicamente e límpeas con auga e xabón suave. Asegúrese de que estean completamente secas antes de volvelas colocar.
• Resistencia á auga: The earbuds are IPX5 water resistant, meaning they can withstand splashes and sweat. They are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to excessive moisture or harsh chemicals.

5.1. Os auriculares non se emparellan

• Ensure both earbuds are charged and placed correctly in the charging case.
• Desactiva e despois activa o Bluetooth no teu dispositivo.
• Forget "ACwO Dwots 111" from your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to pair again.
• Asegúrate de que os auriculares estean dentro do alcance de Bluetooth de 10 metros do teu dispositivo.

5.2. Sen son ou volume baixo

• Comproba os niveis de volume tanto no teu dispositivo como nos auriculares.
• Asegúrate de que os auriculares estean correctamente asentados nas orellas.
• Clean any debris from the earbud mesh and eartips.
• Tenta reproducir audio desde unha aplicación ou fonte diferente.
