This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your EKO Lumos Smartwatch. Please read this manual thoroughly before using your device to ensure proper function and longevity.

Configuración

1. Carga do reloxo intelixente

Before first use, fully charge your EKO Lumos Smartwatch. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the back of the smartwatch and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.

2. Acendido/apagado

• Para acender: Press and hold the side button until the EKO logo appears.

The EKO Lumos Smartwatch requires a companion application to unlock its full functionality and synchronize data with your smartphone. Busca the official EKO smartwatch app on your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).

4. Emparellamento co teu teléfono intelixente (Bluetooth)

1. Asegúrate de que o Bluetooth estea activado no teu smartphone.
2. Open the EKO companion app on your smartphone.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add a new device. The app will search for available EKO Lumos devices.
4. Select "EKO Lumos" from the list of discovered devices.

Successful pairing will be indicated on both devices. Keep your smartwatch close to your smartphone during the pairing process.

Mantemento

Limpeza do teu reloxo intelixente

Regularly clean your smartwatch to ensure hygiene and proper sensor function. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the screen and body. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Problemas comúns e solucións

• Smartwatch not powering on:

  Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power it on again.

  Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the smartwatch. Ensure the smartwatch is within range of your phone. Restart both devices and try the pairing process again. Verify that the EKO companion app is up to date.
