This section provides instructions for the initial setup of your WOLFANG WD04 Dash Cam.

1.2 Instalación

Follow these steps to install the dash cam in your vehicle:

1. Limpar o parabrisas: Ensure the area on your windshield where the dash cam will be mounted is clean and dry.
2. Attach Static Sticker: Apply the windshield static sticker to the desired location on your windshield. This helps in easy removal and prevents residue.
3. Montar a cámara do salpicadero: Securely attach the dash cam to the static sticker using its mounting mechanism. Ensure it does not obstruct your view.
4. Conectar enerxía: Plug the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket and connect the Type-C cable to the dash cam. Route the cable neatly along the windshield and dashboard to avoid interference with driving.
5. Insira a tarxeta SD: Insert the provided microSD card into the dash cam's card slot until it clicks into place.

1.3 App Control (Viidur App)

The WOLFANG WD04 Dash Cam features built-in Wi-Fi for seamless control via the Viidur smartphone application. This allows you to view, play, manage, download, and share your driving records.

2. Activar o Wi-Fi na cámara do salpicadero: Power on the dash cam and enable its Wi-Fi function through the device settings.
3. Conectar a wifi: On your smartphone, go to Wi-Fi settings and connect to the dash cam's Wi-Fi network (SSID usually starts with "WOLFANG" or similar). The default password can be found in the quick guide or on the dash cam screen.
4. Open Viidur App: Launch the Viidur app. You should now be able to connect to the dash cam and access its features.

Nota: The effective Wi-Fi connection distance is 3-5 meters. Remote connection is not supported.

2.1 Gravación básica

The dash cam automatically begins recording when powered on. It captures clear road conditions with a front 2.5K 1440P resolution. The 170° wide-angle lens ensures comprehensive coverage.

2.2 Seamless Loop Recording

The dash cam features loop recording, which automatically overwrites the oldest video files with new ones when the memory card is full. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention.

• Video segments are typically recorded in 1, 3, or 5-minute intervals (default is 1 minute).
• When the card is full, the oldest unlocked files are deleted to make space for new recordings.

2.3 Sensor G e gravación de emerxencia

The built-in G-sensor detects sudden movements or impacts (e.g., collisions). When triggered, it automatically locks the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. This ensures critical evidence is preserved.

You can also manually lock a video segment by long-pressing the designated button on the dash cam to enter emergency recording mode.

2.4 24H Parking Monitor

With the 24H Parking Monitor feature, the dash cam can monitor your vehicle even when parked. If a vibration or impact is detected, the dash cam will automatically start recording.

Nota: This feature requires a hardwire kit for continuous power supply, which is not included in the standard package. Please contact customer service if you need to purchase one.

2.5 Superior Night Vision

The WD04 Dash Cam is equipped with an F1.8 large aperture, WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology, and 6 high-quality glass lenses to provide excellent image clarity, even in low-light conditions or at night. This ensures clear capture of license plates and road signs.

2.6 Super Capacitor for Enhanced Safety

The dash cam utilizes a super capacitor instead of a traditional battery. This provides enhanced safety and durability, especially in extreme temperatures (from -20°C to 70°C). It preserves date and time settings even on instant power loss.

• Use only high-durability Class 10 (or above) microSD memory cards.
• Regularly format the microSD card (e.g., once a month) within the dash cam's settings to maintain optimal recording performance and prevent data corruption.
• Avoid removing the microSD card while the dash cam is powered on or recording.
