Configuración

1. Cargando o dispositivo

The SUPVAN E11 Label Maker is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery. Before initial use, it is recommended to fully charge the device.

2. Cargando a cinta de etiquetas

The SUPVAN E11 uses thermal label paper, eliminating the need for ink or toner.

Insert a roll of SUPVAN label tape into the compartment, ensuring the tape feeds out correctly.
Close the compartment cover securely. The device features smart RFID auto-detection to recognize the label size automatically.

Instrucións de funcionamento

1. Acendido/apagado

Para acender, manteña premido o botón de acendido (⑂) until the screen illuminates.

2. Printing Modes

The SUPVAN E11 Label Maker offers two primary methods for creating and printing labels:

a. Keyboard for Fast Printing

The integrated QWERTY keyboard allows for quick and direct text input.

Type your desired text using the keyboard.
Use the navigation keys to move the cursor and the "Set" button for options.
Press "Enter" to confirm text or settings.
Press the print button (⎙) to print the label.

b. App for Creativity (Bluetooth Connection)

For more advanced label design, connect the label maker to your smartphone via Bluetooth and use the dedicated SUPVAN app.

Download the official SUPVAN app from your device's app store.
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and the label maker.
Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with your E11 device.
Within the app, you can access over 40 fonts, 450 icons, and 50 frames to customize your labels.
Design your label and send the print command from the app.

3. Label Types and Features

Continuous Label Rolls: Ideal for custom lengths, including the transparent and white rolls provided.

Mantemento

1. Limpeza do cabezal de impresión

Para garantir unha calidade de impresión óptima, limpe periodicamente o cabezal de impresión térmica.

Turn off the label maker and disconnect it from any power source.
Abra o compartimento das etiquetas.
Limpe suavemente o cabezal de impresión cun pano suave e sen fiaposampcon alcohol isopropílico.
Deixe que o cabezal de impresión seque completamente antes de pechar o compartimento e acender o dispositivo.

2. Storing Label Tape

Store unused label tape rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality and adhesive properties.

Resolución de problemas

Problema	Causa posible	Solución
O dispositivo non se acende.	Batería baixa ou sen carga.	Connect the device to a power source using the USB cable and charge it fully.
Poor print quality (faded, missing lines).	Dirty print head or incorrect label tape.	Clean the print head as described in the Maintenance section. Ensure you are using genuine SUPVAN thermal label tape.
Label tape not feeding correctly.	Tape improperly loaded or compartment not closed.	Re-open the label compartment and ensure the tape roll is seated correctly and the tape feeds smoothly. Close the cover firmly.
