4. Configuración

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

The TVIP 2210 features an intuitive touchscreen interface for ease of use.

5.1. Recepción de chamadas

• When an external unit or another internal terminal places a call, the screen will display the caller's video (if available) and an incoming call notification.
• Tap the 'Answer' icon on the screen to establish communication.
• Tap the 'End Call' icon to disconnect.

5.2. Facer chamadas

• From the main menu, select the 'Call' or 'Intercom' option.
• Enter the number of the desired apartment/unit or select from a contact list.
• Tap the 'Call' icon to initiate the call.

5.3. Control de acceso

• During an active call with an external unit, an 'Unlock' or 'Open Door' icon will appear on the screen.
• Tap this icon to remotely release the door lock.

7 Solución de problemas

• Sen enerxía: Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to a PoE-enabled port or a PoE injector. Verify the PoE source is active.
• Sen conexión de rede: Check the Ethernet cable connection. Verify network settings (IP address, gateway) in the terminal's configuration menu. Ensure your network is operational.
