1. Introdución

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your SwitchBot Robot Vacuum and Mop K11+. Please read it thoroughly before using the product and retain it for future reference.

The SwitchBot K11+ is a versatile robot vacuum and mop designed for automated floor cleaning. It features powerful 6000Pa suction, LDS smart navigation, and a self-emptying station for up to 90 days of hands-free dust disposal. Its slim design allows it to clean under furniture, and it offers broad smart home compatibility, including Matter, Apple Home, Alexa, and Google Home.

3. Configuración

3.1. Desembalaxe e preparación

2. Remove all protective films and packaging materials from the robot and the auto-empty station.
3. Attach the side brushes to the robot by pressing them into their respective slots until they click.
4. If using the mopping function, attach the mopping pad plate with a clean mopping cloth to the robot.

3.2. Auto-Empty Station Placement

Place the auto-empty station on a hard, level surface against a wall. Ensure there is:

• At least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides.
• At least 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) of clear space in front.
• No direct sunlight or obstacles that could interfere with the robot's navigation.

Connect the power adapter to the auto-empty station and plug it into a power outlet. The station's indicator light will illuminate.

3.3. Carga inicial

Place the robot vacuum onto the charging contacts of the auto-empty station. Ensure the charging pins align. The robot will automatically begin charging. For first-time use, fully charge the robot before operation (approximately 4-5 hours).

The K11+ utilizes LDS LiDAR for precise mapping and navigation, creating an efficient cleaning path. PSD side sensors help it navigate around furniture legs and obstacles. Drop sensors prevent falls from stairs.

5.1. Auto-Empty Station Dust Bag Replacement

The 4L dust bag in the auto-empty station can hold debris for up to 90 days. Replace the dust bag when the app indicates it is full or when you notice reduced emptying efficiency.

1. Open the lid of the auto-empty station.

The bin filter should be cleaned regularly and replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage.

1. Open the robot's dustbin and remove the filter.
2. Tap the filter gently to remove loose dust. Do not wash the filter with water.
3. Reinsert the clean filter or replace it with a new one.
