3. Configuración e instalación
3.1 Desembalaxe
Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage. Retain packaging materials for future transport or storage.
3.2 Colocación
The dehumidifier can be installed in two primary ways: on a level surface or suspended from floor joists.

- Instalación aérea: Use the included joist hanging kit for secure suspension from floor joists. This method helps reduce noise and vibration.

The unit offers continuous drainage to eliminate the need for manual water emptying.
- Drenaxe por gravidade: Connect the included drain hose to the drain outlet on the unit and direct it to a suitable floor drain or sump pit. Ensure the hose has a continuous downward slope to allow water to flow freely.
- Pump Drainage (Optional): For vertical drainage or when a floor drain is not available, connect an external condensation pump (sold separately) to the unit. The pump will automatically discharge collected water to a higher location, such as a window or sink.

3.4 Condutos (opcionais)
For distributing dry air to specific areas, a duct adapter (sold separately) can be attached to the air outlet. This allows for connection to standard ducting.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento
4.1 Panel de control
The unit features a digital control panel that displays current humidity and temperature. It can be operated directly on the unit or remotely using the extended control panel.

5.2 Función de desconxelación automática
The unit is equipped with an automatic defrost system. When frost builds up on the evaporator coils, the unit will temporarily stop dehumidifying and run the fan to melt the frost. This ensures continuous operation in low-temperature environments.
