2. Configuración

2.1 Carga inicial

Antes do primeiro uso, carga completamente os auriculares e a caixa de carga. Conecta o cable USB tipo C incluído ao porto de carga da caixa e a unha fonte de alimentación. As luces indicadoras da caixa mostrarán o estado de carga.

2.2 Emparejamento cun dispositivo

1. Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case has sufficient power.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing lights (if applicable).
3. No teu dispositivo (teléfono intelixente, tableta, portátil), vai á configuración de Bluetooth.
4. Busca dispositivos dispoñibles e seleccione "AWEI S1 Ultra" da lista.

2.3 Uso dos auriculares

Select the eartips that provide the best fit and seal for your ears. Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canal and twist slightly to secure them. A proper fit enhances sound quality and noise isolation.

3. Instrucións de funcionamento

3.1 Encendido/apagado

• Encendido: Abre a caixa de carga ou saca os auriculares da caixa. Acenderanse automaticamente.
• Apagado: Volve colocar os auriculares na caixa de carga e pecha a tapa. Apagaranse automaticamente e comezarán a cargar.

3.2 Controis táctiles

The AWEI S1 Ultra earbuds feature smart touch controls on each earbud. The functions are as follows:

• Reproducir/Pausa: Toca un só auricular en calquera dos auriculares.
• Próxima canción: Toca dúas veces o auricular dereito.
• Canción anterior: Toca dúas veces o auricular esquerdo.
• Subir volume: Toca tres veces o auricular dereito.
• Baixar volume: Toca tres veces o auricular esquerdo.
• Responder/Finalizar chamada: Un só toque en calquera dos auriculares durante unha chamada entrante.
• Rexeitar a chamada: Manteña premido calquera dos auriculares durante 2 segundos durante unha chamada entrante.
• Activar o asistente de voz: Mantén premido calquera dos auriculares durante 3 segundos (cando non esteas nunha chamada).

You can use either earbud independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used by another person.

3.4 Calling Functionality

The earbuds are equipped with ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology for clearer calls, reducing background noise for both you and the person you are speaking with.

4. Mantemento

4.1 Carga dos auriculares e da funda

The earbuds provide approximately 6 hours of playback on a single charge. The 300mAh charging case extends the total playback time to about 30 hours. The charging case can be fully charged in approximately 1 hour via the Type-C port.

4.2 Limpeza e coidado

The earbuds are rated IPX5 waterproof, making them resistant to sweat and light rain. To clean, gently wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the charging contacts are clean and dry.

4.3 Almacenamento

Cando non estean en uso, garde os auriculares no seu estoxo de carga para protexelos e mantelos cargados. Garde nun lugar fresco e seco, lonxe de temperaturas extremas.

5 Solución de problemas

• Auriculares sen emparellamento: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid to re-enter pairing mode. On your device, forget the "AWEI S1 Ultra" from your Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• Só funciona un auricular: Place both earbuds back in the charging case. Close the lid and then open it again. This should reset the connection between the two earbuds.
• Sen son: Comproba o nivel de volume tanto no teu dispositivo como nos auriculares. Asegúrate de que os auriculares estean conectados correctamente ao teu dispositivo.
• Problemas de carga: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check if the charging port is free of debris.
• Os controis táctiles non responden: Asegúrate de ter os dedos limpos e secos. Tenta reiniciar os auriculares colocándoos na funda e sacándoos de novo.
