3. Configuración e montaxe

Assembly of the Sunny Jip Bunk Bed is required. It is recommended that two adults assemble the bed. Ensure all components are present before beginning assembly.

Pasos da Asemblea Xeral:

1. Desembalar e identificar as pezas: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out. Compare them with the parts list in the included manual to ensure everything is present and undamaged.
2. Montar os extremos da cama: Attach the side rails to the headboards and footboards for both the upper and lower bunks. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Instalar bases de láminas: Place the slatted bases onto the designated supports within each bed frame. Secure them according to the specific instructions.
4. Enganchar escaleira: Decide on the desired side for the ladder and securely attach it to the bunk bed frame using the provided hardware.
5. Place Mattresses: After assembly, unroll and place the hybrid mattresses on the slatted bases. Allow each mattress to rest for 24 hours to fully expand after unpacking.
6. Verificación final: Before use, double-check all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they are fully tightened and the bed is stable.

4. Instrucións de funcionamento

The Sunny Jip Bunk Bed is designed for sleeping and resting. Adhere to the following guidelines for safe operation:

• Capacidade de peso: Each bunk has a maximum user weight capacity of 70 kg. Do not exceed this limit.
• Uso da escaleira: Always use the integrated ladder to access the top bunk. Ensure a firm grip and stable footing. Do not jump onto or off the top bunk.
• Top Bunk Safety: The top bunk is intended for children aged 6 years and older. Ensure the guardrails are always in place and secure.
• Liquidación: Maintain adequate clearance between the top mattress and the ceiling (80-90 cm minimum) to prevent injury.
• Uso xeral: Avoid rough play on or around the bunk bed. Do not use the bed as a trampoline or climbing frame.

6 Solución de problemas

Se tes algún problema coa túa litera, consulta as seguintes solucións habituais:

• Ruídos de chirrido: Squeaking often indicates loose hardware. Re-tighten all bolts and screws on the frame and slatted bases.
• Inestabilidade/Oscilación: Ensure all connections are fully tightened. Check that the bed is placed on a flat, even surface.
• Colchón non totalmente expandido: The hybrid mattresses require 24 hours to fully expand after unpacking. If it has been less than 24 hours, allow more time. Ensure it was unrolled correctly.
