4. Configuración e instalación

Follow these steps to set up your Calex String Lights:

1. Desempaquetar: Carefully remove the string lights from their packaging. Untangle the cable and lay it out to avoid kinks.
2. Escolla localización: Select a suitable outdoor location for installation. Consider where the power outlet is located and ensure the 45-meter length is sufficient for your desired coverage.
3. Montaxe: The string lights can be hung using hooks, clips, or ties (not included) on structures like trees, fences, pergolas, or walls. Ensure the mounting points are secure and can support the weight of the lights. Distribute the weight evenly.
4. Conectar á enerxía: Once the string lights are securely mounted, plug the electrical cable into a compatible 220V outdoor power outlet. Ensure the outlet is protected from direct heavy rain if not already rated for outdoor use.

5. Instrucións de funcionamento

Operating the Calex String Lights is straightforward:

• Para activar: Plug the string lights into a live 220V power outlet. The lights will illuminate immediately.
• Para desactivar: Unplug the string lights from the power outlet.

Note: This product does not feature an integrated on/off switch. Operation is controlled by plugging and unplugging the unit or by using a switched outlet.

• Limpeza: Disconnect the power before cleaning. Wipe the bulbs and cable with a soft, damp pano. Non use produtos de limpeza ou disolventes abrasivos.
• Substitución da lámpada: If a bulb fails, unplug the string lights. Carefully unscrew the faulty bulb and replace it with one of the provided spare bulbs or a compatible LED bulb (E27 base, 1W, 2700K). Ensure the replacement bulb is securely tightened to maintain the IP44 rating.
• Almacenamento: During prolonged periods of non-use, especially in harsh weather conditions, it is recommended to unplug and store the string lights in a dry, cool place.

• As luces non se acenden:
  • Check if the power plug is securely inserted into a working outlet.
  • Verify that the power outlet is receiving electricity (test with another appliance).
