Configuración e instalación

Follow these steps to properly install your Ecomoment S90 Dash Cam:

1. Encendido e proba: Connect the car charger to your vehicle's power source and then to the S90 Dash Cam. The front camera should power on, allowing you to confirm it is in working condition.
2. Prepare Windshield: Clean the area on your windshield where you intend to mount the front camera. Apply one of the electrostatic stickers to this area. This protects your windshield from the adhesive.
3. Conecta a cámara frontal: Peel off the protective film from the 3M adhesive pad on the front camera mount. Firmly press the camera onto the electrostatic sticker on your windshield, ensuring a clear view da estrada.
4. Cable Management (Front Camera): Use the provided pry tool to neatly tuck the power cable along the edge of your windshield, down the A-pillar, and towards your car's power source (cigarette lighter).

The S90 Dash Cam is designed for automatic operation. Once connected to your car's power source, it will automatically power on and begin recording when you start your vehicle, and power off when you turn off the ignition.

• Gravación en bucle: The dash cam continuously records video in segments (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes). When the memory card reaches its storage limit, the newest recordings will automatically overwrite the oldest unlocked recordings. This ensures continuous recording without manual deletion.
• G-Sensor (Emergency Lock): In the event of a sudden shake or collision, the built-in G-Sensor will automatically detect the impact and lock the current video segment. This prevents the emergency footage from being overwritten by loop recording, securing crucial evidence.
• Modo de aparcamento 24 horas: To enable 24-hour parking mode, the optional V5F hardwire kit (not included) must be installed. This feature allows the dash cam to monitor your vehicle for impacts or motion even when the engine is off, providing protection against potential mishaps and hit-and-runs.

The S90 Dash Cam features built-in Wi-Fi for seamless connection to your smartphone via the "VeeCar" app (available for iOS and Android).

2. Conectar mediante Wi-Fi: Turn on the dash cam. On your smartphone, go to Wi-Fi settings and connect to the S90's Wi-Fi network (SSID usually starts with "S90-"). The default password is 12345678.

Important Note: Connection to the app may not be possible when using wireless CarPlay or Android Auto. If you experience connection issues with iOS 18, try restarting your phone.

The S90 Dash Cam comes with a 32GB SD card pre-installed. It supports up to a 256GB Max capacity. For optimal performance, it is recommended to format the SD card regularly (e.g., once a month) using the option within the VeeCar app or the camera's settings. This helps maintain recording quality and prevents data corruption.

Limpeza:

To ensure clear video quality, regularly clean the camera lenses and the 1.47" IPS screen. Use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, a small amount of lens cleaning solution can be applied to the cloth (not directly to the lens).

Periodically check the Ecomoment official website or the VeeCar app for any available firmware updates. Keeping your dash cam's firmware up-to-date ensures you have the latest features and performance improvements.

If you encounter any issues with your Ecomoment S90 Dash Cam, please refer to the following common solutions:
