  Move the Element-D into a dashboard group on the Elemental Insights Dashboard. Plug the device in using the provided power supply, and follow the Wi-Fi Connection Guide to configure it to your company's network.

• What should I do if my Elemental Machines dashboard values are not updating?

  If the dashboard does not display any values, check all cable connections and asset menu settings. If data still does not appear, power cycle the Element device. Contact help@elementalmachines.com if the problem persists.

• Can Element-B sensors be interchanged between Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) setups?

  No. Both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) configurations are available but they are not interchangeable. You must use the configuration specified on the device label or packing list.

• Where can I find the digital Wi-Fi Connection Guide for Elemental Machines gateways?

  Digital versions of the Wi-Fi Connection Guide (771-00010) are available in the Support section of the Elemental Insights Dashboard, or typically provided as a printed copy with your device delivery.
