For Windows: Go to Settings > Bluetooth & other devices > Add device. Hold the 'Page Up' key on the presenter while turning it on until the LED flashes or screen shows pairing mode. Physical laser beams (red or green light) work well on projection screens and walls but are often absorbed by or invisible on LCD/LED TV screens. For TV screens, use usage modes that support 'Digital Laser' functionality via the Norwii Presenter software.
