Xplova support FAQ

Preguntas frecuentes sobre manuais, rexistro e asistencia técnica para esta marca.

  • How do I calibrate my Xplova NOZA PI power pedals?

Spin the cranks backwards a few times to wake up the power meter. Ensure both pedals connect successfully (signified by a green flashing light on the left pedal). Position the cranks vertically (6 o'clock and 12 o'clock), open the Xplova app, and select Calibrate. A confirmation message will appear when successful.

  • What do the LED lights on my NOZA V smart trainer mean?

The Amber light indicates Power status, Blue shows Bluetooth (BLE) connection status, and Green signifies an ANT+ connection. A constant solid light means connected/on, while a flashing light means it is in the process of pairing or connecting.

  • Are Xplova NOZA trainers compatible with Zwift?

Yes, Xplova NOZA smart trainers like the NOZA ONE and NOZA V are capable of broadcasting power and speed data via Bluetooth and ANT+. They are fully compatible with cycling simulators like Zwift, Rouvy, and Onelap.

  • What should I do if my Xplova electric bike pump (MP1) screen is unresponsive?

When powering on the MP1 pump, the display may take up to 3 seconds to fully initialize and show data. This is a normal phenomenon and does not indicate a malfunction.
