- SO: Windows 10/11 Pro/Edu/Ent (64 bits) ou superior ou Chrome OS 81.0.4044.103 ou posterior

- CPU (estudante): Intel Core i3 de 10.ª xeración ou equivalente/superior de AMD
- Wi-Fi: Intel WiFi6 serie AX ou superior
- MEMORIA: Profesor/a: 8 GB (ou máis), Estudante/a: 4 GB (ou máis)

Procedemento de despregamento sobre MDM
Preparar o receptor ScreenBeam
- Update SB1000EDUG2 receiver firmware to 11.2.19.0 or later
- Log into the receiver’s Local Management Page, Features tab and enable Orchestrate Lite

- Register Orchestrate Windows Assistant app with your AAD tenant
- Using your MDM, create policies to install the O8 Windows Assistant app with the appropriate Command-Line arguments for your configuration.

Por example, a seguinte cadea usaríase para activar o modo Orchestrate Lite, configurar os dispositivos de destino para usar como Estudante, instalar a extensión en Microsoft Edge e fixala á barra de ferramentas. Ten en conta que cada opción está separada por un espazo e a orde non importa.

Configuring Google Admin
API Client Access
- Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
- Go to Admin Console > Security > Access and Data control > API Controls > Domain wide delegation >
Manage Domain Wide Delegation. Or click esta ligazón.

- Fai clic en Engadir novo e aparecerá a caixa Engadir un novo ID de cliente.

- Enter a client ID in the Client ID field. The client ID is provided by the application/software developer.

Managing Users in Google Admin
Para engadir un novo usuario, siga este procedemento:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click esta ligazón.
3. Click Add new user and the Engadir novo usuario box appears. Fill in the required fields and click ENGADIR NOVO USUARIO para engadir un novo usuario.
Para xestionar unidades organizativas, siga este procedemento:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users > Manage Organizational Units. Or click esta ligazón.
3. Click the yellow + sign to add a new unit or select a unit name and add a subsidiary unit (the +msign), move this unit (the right arrow), edit, or delete the unit.
Para cambiar un usuario a outra unidade, siga este procedemento:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click esta ligazón.
3. Select one or more users, then select More > Change organizational unit.
Managing the Orchestrate Extension and Chrome App
To add extension and app to Google Admin, follow this procedure:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions. Or click esta ligazón.
3. Select an organizational unit on the left pane.
4. Click the yellow + sign at the bottom right corner and then select the Add Chrome app or Extension by ID opción

6. Add the Policy for the Extension (ID – bdgflbkkgedengcnmmbijghkpdpdlkfb)
This configures the Extension to use the Classroom Commander Server as both the source for rostering information and for class session discovery.
Select the extension and the Extension setup panel appears on the right. Copy and paste the below JSON configuration then click Gardar na parte superior dereita.

7. Force install the extension onto the user devices by selecting Force Install + pin
