FlexNet CommandLink II Wireless Interface

The CommandLink® II wireless interface provides access to a complete suite of functional controls within a gas, water, or electric SmartPoint® transceiver. This Bluetooth® enabled device, coupled with a handheld, can perform activations, deactivation, meter read, on-demand reads, and audits of the SmartPoint module.

Aviso: Risk of hot surface. Do not hold the device longer than one (1) minute when operating in an ambient temperature above 40°C (104°F).

Paso 1: Cargue o CommandLink II
You must charge the CommandLink II completely before first use.

1. Plug the charging adapter into a power outlet and connect to the Charging Port located next to the Mag Loop on top of the Command Link II.
   Nota: Make sure you have rechargeable batteries installed before using a power outlet.

2. O indicador LED vermello acendese, indicando que a unidade se está cargando.
3. Unplug the unit when the red LED is no longer illuminated, indicating the CommandLink II is fully charged.
   Nota: To power down the CommandLink II immediately, press and hold the power button located on the side of the CommandLink II until the PWR LED turns off.

Paso 2: activa o Command Link II

1. Preme o botón de acendido.

Paso 3: crea unha asociación Bluetooth
To use the CommandLink II, you must first establish a Bluetooth partnership with a Windows Mobile, Android, or iOS-equipped handheld device (HHD) or PC.

Se utiliza un dispositivo portátil Windows Mobile:

1. Selecciona Inicio e, a seguir, Configuración.
2. Select Connections, then select Bluetooth COM.
   Power on the CommandLink II if it is off.
3. Seleccione Descubrir dispositivos.
   A list of all the Bluetooth-enabled devices in range is generated and displayed.
   If your CommandLink II does not appear in the list, make sure that it is powered on. If it is powered on, power cycle it and select Discover Devices again, and repeat this step.
4. Seleccione o seu
   CommandLink II from the list and select Connect.
5. If you are prompted toSet the Bluetooth PIN, enter 0000 and select OK.
6. Seleccione Aceptar para saír.
7. Seleccione X na esquina inferior dereita para saír.
8. Seleccione FieldLogic Tools no menú Inicio.
9. From the FieldLogic Tools main screen, select Menu, and select Options.
10. Seleccione a pestana FlexNet e seleccione CommandLink na lista despregable Tipo de dispositivo. Non seleccione CLxxxxxxx_BLE.
11. Seleccione Obter estado. FieldLogic Tools conéctase co CommandLink II e mostra unha mensaxe de éxito.
12. Seleccione Aceptar.
13. Seleccione Aceptar de novo para volver á pantalla Conectar.

Se utilizas un dispositivo Android:

1. Seleccione a icona Configuración.
2. Select Options, then select FlexNet. FieldLogic displays a list of available devices.
3. Seleccione + a view pantalla de sincronización do sistema.AQG – 10007 – 05
4. Seleccione o seu CommandLink II (CLxxxxxxxx) na lista de dispositivos Bluetooth dispoñibles.
5. Seleccione Par. O seu CommandLink II aparece entón na lista de Dispositivos vinculados.
6. Volver a FieldLogic Tools.
7. Select the newly-paired CommandLink II in the list and select the information symbol.FieldLogic conéctase ao CommandLink II e mostra unha mensaxe de éxito.
8. Seleccione Pechar.
9. Seleccione a frecha cara atrás para volver á pantalla principal de FieldLogic.

Se utilizas un dispositivo portátil iOS:

1. Seleccione a icona Configuración.
2. Seleccione Opcións e, a continuación, seleccione FlexNet. FieldLogic busca o dispositivo e despois mostra os dispositivos dispoñibles. A lista actualízase automaticamente.
3. Aparece unha ventá emerxente de permisos. Seleccione Aceptar.
4. Seleccione o seu CommandLink II (CLxxxxxxxx) na lista de dispositivos Bluetooth dispoñibles.
   
5. Select your CommandLink II and then select the information symbol.
6. FieldLogic conéctase ao CommandLink II e mostra unha mensaxe de éxito.
7. Seleccione Pechar para volver á pantalla Opcións.
8. Seleccione a frecha cara atrás para volver á pantalla principal de FieldLogic.

Se usa un PC:

1. Encienda o CommandLink II.
2. Seleccione a icona Bluetooth no escritorio do seu ordenador ou no menú Inicio.
3. No panel Dispositivos Bluetooth, seleccione Engadir un dispositivo.
4. O teu ordenador busca dispositivos para engadir.
5. Select the icon containing the CommandLink II ID number (CLxxxxxxxx).
   Nota: If two numbers appear, make sure you select CLxxxxxxxx. Do not select CLxxxxxxxx_BLE.
6. Seleccione Seguinte.
7. Your computer confirms the successful addition of the CommandLink II.
8. Seleccione Pechar para continuar.
9. Iniciar FieldLogic Tools. Na pantalla principal, seleccione Ferramentas e seleccione Opcións.
10. Seleccione o expansor de configuración de FlexNet e seleccione CommandLink na lista despregable Dispositivo de comunicación. Seleccione o seu dispositivo na lista despregable Nome do dispositivo.
11. Select Get Status.
    FieldLogic Tools connects with the CommandLink II and displays a success message.
12. Seleccione Aceptar para volver á pantalla Opcións.
13. Seleccione Aceptar para volver á pantalla Conectar.

Attach a Strap to the CommandLink II

To attach a strap, slide it in between the slots on the sides of the unit.
